In September of 2024 a 3 Judge Panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case of the ‘Sensitive Areas’ included in California’s Senate Bill 2 which was signed by Newsom in late 2023. The 3 Judge Panel upheld some of the Sensitive Areas and rejected others as unconstitutional including the ‘Vampire Rule’. The Plaintiffs have petitioned the 9th Circuit for a full ‘En Banc’ review by an 11 Judge Panel and have been rejected by the 9th Circuit. Based on the comments by the YouTube Attorneys, it appears that the way is now clear for the Plaintiffs to petition the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
