As many of you are aware, on December 30th 2023 the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower Federal Courts temporary Injunction against the ‘sensitive areas’ aspect of SB2, making it virtually impossible to conceal carry outside of your Home. Late yesterday the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed their previous decision and has re-instated the Injunction issued by the lower Court. The re-instatement of the Injunction means that the ‘conceal carry’ rules role back to pre-SB2 restrictions until there is a final ruling.
